Sydney
The Skills Development Centre in Blacktown, Western Sydney, offers a range of programs that engage young people and enhance their employability. These include Reclaimed, a furniture restoration and timber recycling enterprise; Growing Skills, where participants learn how to construct and maintain a community horticulture area; and Marist180 Painting Services, a commercial painting and decorating service that employs first-year apprentices. 
Melbourne
The Skills Development Centre in Brunswick, Melbourne, offers a variety of programs to improve young people’s skills. Programs include Upcycle, where participants restore furniture and recycle timber to create valuable products for consumers; Hammertime, a woodworking collective for young women interested in learning a trade; and Laneway Organics, where participants maintain a large permaculture garden that produces fresh produce for the local community.
Brisbane
We work in the greater Brisbane area to directly assist young people seeking their first job. Programs that aim to achieve this include Building the Commons, where 30 trainees are employed to work on a large-scale renovation of an iconic community facility; Get Ready for Work, a job preparation program that links young people to work experience, volunteering and employment; and Marist180 Painting Services, a commercial painting and decorating service that employs first-year apprentices.
