Marist180 believes that with the right support, encouragement and mediation, everyone can reach their potential.

Restorative Practices offer an alternative to punitive behavioural management approaches.

They are inspired by the philosophy and practices of restorative justice, which prioritises repairing harm done to people and their relationships over assigning blame and dispensing punishment. Marist180 applies this way of thinking to a variety of settings, including school based environments and community organisations.

The Marist180 restorative practices program is endorsed by the NSW Institute of Teachers to provide professional development to teachers to maintain their Proficient Teacher and Professional Competence accreditation (institute registered).
