180 Painting Services (formerly MYC Painting Services) is a social enterprise. Our primary purpose is to generate positive community wellbeing rather than profit. We create employment for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders as apprentices.

We believe that structured employment, expert on the job training, and well developed support systems can change the lives of our apprentices, their families and their communities.  This is a simple and powerful way of creating tangible social impact.

Our team works alongside a variety of businesses and community organisations who value diversity, have painting needs, and want to support Aboriginal workers.

If you have opportunities to engage our team please let us know.

A social enterprise

180 Painting Services is a social enterprise which means that our primary purpose is to generate positive community wellbeing rather than profit. Our mission is to employ apprentices whose lives will be forever changed through structured employment, expert on the job training, and well developed support systems.

Each and every apprentice 180 Painting employs identifies as being an Indigenous Australian, ensuring that we are creating social impact in our local community and changing the lives of young people and their families.

This hiring policy enables our team to work alongside many large construction firms as sub-contractors where Aboriginal labour participation is a key performance target.

180 Painting Services is always interested in new business partnerships that support our mission and contribute to the delivery of successful projects.
